Jackie is a badass high-top GMC Savannah camper van that will take you wherever you want to go. She's a lifted, 2WD van tricked out to be as close to 4WD as possible. She was designed to go to the snow, so she's got great insulation, wood paneling, and a propane heater to keep you toasty, plus screen doors & fan for when it gets hot. Includes a 32-gallon water tank, an oven & stove, and gigantic Dometic "Fridge". Combined with the solar panels & batteries, your working and playing on the road will be well-powered in just about any situation. That said, Jackie is not a glam van. She is rugged and tough, but she is also not perfectly finished on the inside. There are still parts of the van exposed and the interior paneling isn’t complete. The bed pulls out over the "fridge" and stove, so theoretically needs to be put away before coffee. While Jackie is not easy and refined, she has everything you need for off the grid adventures. Her Fiberine high-top allows for just over 6' clearance on the inside. My friend who is 6'4" had to slouch a bit but the van comfortably has taken us around the country regardless. She comes with a swivel seat, an awning, and outdoor rug that can be set up when you want to hang for a bit in one place.Trip Ideas:Park your car on the street at my house. This is the perfect spot to come from the Bay Area, swap your car for the Van, then head to Healdsburg, Mendocino, the North Coast, Oregon, and beyond. Happy to share ideas for places to stay along the way.Van delivery is available for an additional fee up to 70 miles from Santa Rosa, CA.I’m trying to make this van as all-inclusive as possible, so she comes with propane, water, a stove, dishes, a bed, and a bed roll with a memory foam mattress, blankets, & pillows.
What's includedInterior:
Propane & full water tank
Basic pots, pans, and dishes for two.
A cold "fridge" (and freezer if you want it)
A "Bed Roll" with fresh, clean linens, a memory foam mattress, blankets, pillows
A Camp Box with a lantern, mats for inside & outside of the van, roasting sticks for the fire, and more
Huge tires and lift kit for high clearance
Air bags for suspension
A jack mounted to the hood of the van in case you get stuck
Driving:
A Road Atlas (because paper maps are the best)
Reverse back up camera
Bluetooth radio & good speakers
Back supports for long drives
Front and back hitches - although we should talk about weight max rules before you hook anything up
Spare tire
And more...
RecommendationsGo to the beach
Go to the snow
Boondock in the forest
or take the open road.
We just returned from an 80-day trip around the US. Happy to give any suggestions/apps/roads/words of encouragement to all interested adventurers.
Other things to noteOpen to festivals, but NOT open to taking Jackie to Burning Man. Contact me to discuss details.Pets are cool - so long as they are well behaved and house trained. Don’t leave them unattended in the van, especially in the summer heat.Only a 2-seater, so leave the kids at home. She's a gas engine - not diesel.Happy adventures!

The open road calls to me! However, after 80 days in our van around the US my daughter said I'm on my own 'cause she's staying home. Being a (mostly) responsible parent, I'll be staying home with her which means our van is available for your adventure. We live in the San Francisco North Bay with our Portuguese Water Dog and new rescue kitten. We love food, travel, and people, so happy to connect with you to discuss the details of your upcoming trip. Feel free to send a message any time!
