This delivery-only unit is like new. It also has heated & massage theater seating. Venture makes the nicest travel trailer I could find, with real wood finishes and comfortable furniture throughout. Please note this unit does not have a generator, so you must have a full hookup; you cannot use it for dry camping. Full hookup means water, power, and sewer (unless pump out services are available), at your rental location.Two Bunk Beds and Two Fireplaces. Front Private Bedroom, theater seating w/ heat, and massage, Exterior Campfire Café Pass-Through Storage. You will experience a smooth traffic flow in and out of this travel trailer with dual entry doors! One of the entrances even leads directly into the rear corner bathroom so you can get back to having fun outside fast. The 51" x 75" double over double bunk beds are right next to the bathroom so those sleeping on them don't have to go far to freshen up in the 30" x 36" shower. You will enjoy your own privacy with the front private bedroom, which has a 70" x 80" sleep-tight king bed slide across from a dresser with a TV and a 30" 2nd frame less fireplace, plus a window seat with wardrobes and shelves on either side to hang your clothes and place your books. Just outside the sliding doors to the bedroom is a closet on one side and a pantry on the other. The chef will love cooking in the great outdoors with the exterior campfire café with a refrigerator, a sink, and dual burners for a sunrise breakfast!You can see the floor plan and specs online at Venture RV by looking at our model on their website.We include liners and pillows, towels and washcloths, and a complete set of kitchen gear, including a coffee maker and toaster over. The unit has a large TV in the master and in the living room. Festivals are allowed, but there will be an extra charge. • No dry camping, must have full hookups (water, 50amp power, and sewer). Pull-through sites only. (SEE HURRICANE RELATED EXCEPTIONS BELOW)
• For long term hurricane related rentals, we will assist with providing proper parts for a 50amp receptacle installation at your home site, installation must be completed by a certified electrician prior to delivery. No rentals can be provided for generator use, a 50amp receptacle is required. Contact us for more information, its not too complicated or time consuming.
• •For hurricane related rentals, you are welcome to use the septic system by hooking up a line to your sewer at your expense, or paying for a pump out service. We recommend just using the shower and sink in our unit and the toilet in your home to avoid both if possible, contact us for more information.

Absolutely love RVing! From the Tampa area, my wife and I work from home and try to get away with (and without) the kids as much as possible. When we are not using it, we try to rent the toy hauler to responsible families and couples who will take care of it and enjoy it as much as we do. If you have any questions or want to negotiate delivery outside the area, no worries will be happy to text or get on the phone anytime! We have it down in the FL keys all summer and can offer some discounts down there and stationary rentals as well.
