This trailer is fully stocked and ready to go, it will have all the necessities to make your experience flawless! Sleeps 4 very comfortably, sleeps 6 utilizing all your space! Full size regular mattress (upgraded end of 2023), single twins for bunks and dinette folds down to double. See picture of floor plan for sleeping layout. Let us deliver and set it up for you or if you have the proper vehicle you can do it yourself. If you choose to pickup yourself, your vehicle must be able to tow a minimum of 5000 lbs. Your vehicle must have a brake controller. 2” hitch with sway bars included with trailer. **Septic emptying prepayment is for the final emptying/flushing of trailer tanks after trailer rental. For longer term rentals where the holding tanks become full during the rental period, the renter is to drain and dispose of their waste at the camp site. **Absolutely NO Smoking OF ANY Kind, $1000 fee will apply if trailer is smoked in. **Pet friendly - 50lbs maximum & screening required($25 Fee for extra cleaning). **Scheduled pickup/drop off times are to remain on schedule.
