We take great care in maintaining an exceptional camper. We expect our renters to do the same. I do expect this camper to come back clean and swept out and wiped down with provided cleaning supplies. If the camper is returned in any condition other than how it was delivered, there will be a $150 cleaning charge. If the black and gray tanks are not emptied there is an additional $150 for dumping & cleaning.
