This is our beautiful 2020 Heartland Prowler. This camper is perfect for families looking to spend some quality time together and get away for a long weekend.Our trailer is towable by most 1/2 ton trucks. Please check your manufacture specs to confirm. Must have towing experience. Weight distribution hitch is provided. To tow the camper you must have an electronic trailer brake controller installed on your vehicle.Will deliver/pick up for a fee within 100 miles. Inquire for details & pricing.
What's includedAll you'll need to pack are some clothes, food, and folding chairs for around the fire -- we've got the rest!Included in the camper are:
-Coffee maker & filters
-Plastic plates/cups/coffee mugs
-Spoons/knives/forks
-Charcoal grill (one bag of charcoal provided)
-Outdoor folding table
-Pots/pans
-Kitchen & grilling utensils
-Linens/bedding/blankets (4 regular size pillows)
-Kitchen & bath towels (set of 4 bath towels & wash cloths)
-Outdoor rug
-Trash can and trash bags
-Flashlight
-Approved RV Toilet Paper
-Power cord with surge protector (30 amp)
-Water hose with filter
-All sewer hose and connectionsIf there is anything else that you can think of that you'll need, let us know & we'll let you know if we've got it!Other things to noteThere is no smoking or vaping allowed in this camper. Any evidence of smoking inside the camper will result in a loss of security deposit. Those who pull the camper will be responsible for emptying the gray and black tank. If either tank is returned with anything more than empty, there will be a $75 charge applied (per tank) from deposit to empty the tank(s). Please treat this camper as if it was your own. If the camper requires more than a standard cleaning, a deep clean charge from the deposit will be applied.

Hello, we are Tj and Jenny Collins. We bought this trailer because we are an outdoorsy type of family who enjoys long weekends in nature. We like to book around lakes and rivers so our son can go fishing and our dogs can go for a swim. We enjoy it so much we want others to enjoy that experience of camping.

TJ and Jenny are the sweetest couple. They were always quick to communicate. The camper is very well stocked with more than we could have needed and was very clean! Highly recommend renting with them!
