All bedding/towels, kitchen ware, coffee pot provided...just bring your clothes, your toiletries and food, basic spices are provided. Fancy Nancy is in Tip Top Shape for her age, and it's imperative she stays that way! She's a 22ft Winnebego Minnie, Class of 1999. A trailer hitch rack is available for extra storage for added fee. No off road, no pets, no kids. Air conditioner/heater work very well. Back up camera. Gets about 9 miles to a gallon regular. All maintenance is current. Full size bed (futon style) and smaller twin+ (Dinette area) The ideal renter to me would be someone over 40 with an adventurous spirit, an interest in chillaxing, enjoying the sites and scenery while traveling in a sweeeet ride...easy to drive, easy to park...easy to enjoy to the fullest!What's includedCamping chairs, TV, games, small camping charcoal grill (not to be used during fire restrictions) fully equipped kitchen. towels, outdoor mat.Inflatable kayak 2 person with life vests available for additional fee. I decided to rent Fancy Nancy because I dreamed of adventures, but did not follow those dreams until very recent. But, as a senior single gal, my capabilities to drive and getaway are limited, so I decided to share my girl Fancy with others, and thrilled when I am able to go on an adventure with her myself here and there. She's a strong, healthy gal that was born just before Y2K. She's easy to drive, and muchly loved and very well taken care of. Has everything one needs to enjoy chillaxing, comforts of home, and seeing the beautiful sites and landscapes!
