Excellent communication and easy to work with!

Jarrod was very easy to work with and very responsive through the whole process. During pickup, he took his time to make sure I knew all about the operation of the RV. The RV was very easy to tow thanks to the really nice trailer setup Jarrod has. The weekend in the RV was great. There was enough space for 3 adults and 3 kids. The audio setup was an awesome addition as we could play music inside and outside. I really appreciate that Jarrod allowed us to use his camping chairs, foldout tables, and outside carpet. Cleanup was easy and Jarrod was very easy going about the whole process. I would definitely rent from him again and recommend anyone to do the same.

As a first-time user to Outdoorsy I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, working with Jarrod was a great experience. His trailer was beautiful, well-kept and was stocked with everything that was needed. Jarrod went above and beyond multiple times, he made sure fridge was cold before arriving and assisted in making sure the weight distribution hitch was the right height.  He was very helpful and communicative throughout the rental process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I was able to load my canam x3 max xds with a few inches to spare. My f150 (towing package included) was able to pull the trailer with the canam and about 50 gallons of water with no issues. We had no problems what so ever once we set up camp, everything on the trailer worked perfectly. Overall, this experience beat all my expectations. My family and I had a great camping trip thanks to Jarrod. I will definitely be renting again and recommending Jarrod & his toy hauler to all my family and friends.
