2021 Coleman Lantern 285BH
Cozy camping vibe with all the necessities of home. You will find everything you need. Board games and books for a real camping vibe as well as plenty of DVD’s if you just want to snuggle up and watch a movie. Perfect for a couples get away or bring the kids along plenty of room for everyone. I include all linens throw blankets pillows towels etc for any rental 5 nights or longer. If you are renting for a shorter period of time I will include fitted sheets and pillows and pillow cases along with 2 bath towels. All other accessories will be included in all rentals as far as pots and pans cups etc.. I will do the best to accommodate on pick up times but rental in due back same time as picked up, so if you pick up Monday at 7am you will be returning Tuesday at 7am . propane tanks will be full however gas for generator will be at your expense.What's includedI send you on your way with generator if needed ( must have place to keep as it is not hooked to trailer ). I also send you off with a Trailer stabilizer hitch. All hoses for sewer lines fresh water and grey water hoses a sluncky. You will find I have everything you will need for hooking up. I have 3 chairs for sitting around camp fire. Picnic bench table cloth, there are 3 rugs 1 for camp area 2 for both stairs into unit. The unit is fully cleaned before rental departs. I do not except pets no exceptions. I do not allow music festivals. I ask all rentals return the same as picked up no trash left In unit, grey water and black tank dumped. No dirty dishes. The only thing I expect is dirty linens ( I will handle that ) if unit does return with trash or full tanks there will be up to a $500 cleaning fee.Other things to noteThere is absolutely no smoking in the unit. I don’t allow any pets.

thank you for allowing us to enjoy your awesome trailer. Lisa was very friendly, responded quickly and worked with our pickup times and drop offs. trailer was exactly as pictures showed. would rent from her again.
