Totally flexible! There is an add on for that.
Q.Will I be charged if I dump the tanks myself?

We will remove the Dump add-on if you dump the tanks yourself ;)

No!
If you pay for the generator you can have unlimited usage. It will be full of gas at pickup, but you will be responsible for returning it full as well.
