This camper is pet friendly and the owner of the camper must be made aware of any pets that will be joining you on the trip regardless if they are your pets or a visiting guest's pet. Renters will have to select the pet fee add on when booking, it is a $100 fee, the interior rental insurance offered through Outdoorsy is also required. Pets must be crated if left alone in the RV, any damage will be the renters responsibility.
There is NO SMOKING allowed in the RV. If smoke is detected in the RV you will be charged a minimum fee of $1,000 NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes the use of (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vape pens, marijuana, drugs of any kind, etc..)
If there is any damage to the RV while renting alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS without notifying the owner beforehand. Any out of pocket expenses to repair or replace a damaged part will not be reimbursed by the owner. Quotes need to be provided by a certified mechanic or dealer if repairs are necessary.
Renters must be validated through outdoorsy before the delivery date. Owner will not hand over the keys to an individual that is not validated in the system. Proof of ID will be required for the owner to hand over the keys. If a validated renter is not on site during delivery the owner has the right to cancel the booking and the renter will be responsible for the cancellation fees associated.
A user manual will be provided and the owner will do a walk through with the renter(s) before the keys are handed off. It is the renters responsibility to understand and follow the instructions provided. Failure to use proper handling of systems, features, or appliances on/in the RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for costs to repair.
If using the awning renter must follow all rules and guidelines provided in writing and voiced verbally during the walk through instructions. The awning is NOT covered under the insurance policy
