Hello 5th wheel enthusiasts, or Camping Newbie's! I have a trailer rental for you. This Kodiak is immaculate & Smoke Free & what you've been waiting for, It is only 24.5' long, sleeps 6, or 5 comfortably, has a Queen bed up front, sofa folds down, & dinette folds down. I will drop it off & pick it up for you up to 300km for a small delivery fee. You don't have to worry about water fill up or sewer dumping it's all taken care of. You won't be disappointed. What's includedThe trailer comes with almost everything you need, dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee pod maker, and toaster. All you need is your bedding & linens. Several updates include new freshly painted cabinets, new curtains, tires, rims, new awning & lots of inside storage. The trailer has a TV/ DVD combo, radio with CD player some outdoor lawn games & indoor table games. Other accessories are available at an extra cost. Propane BBQ & propane, Dining tent, Outdoor RV Mat Lounge chairs, Rear bike hitch for 2 bikes.RecommendationsThis RV is small n very cozy for 2 or a small family. Great RV for your weekend getaway or a weeks stay at your favorite Provincial Park or campground. I live in southern Ontario and have traveled as close as Pinery Prov. park & as far away as Killbear. Bon Echo & Algonquin are probably my favorites, for the activities & magnificent scenery.Other things to noteI am currently not willing to deliver my RV across the US border at this time. I do not allow pets or smoking inside the RV. This trailer is great for a weekend getaway or a 1 week stay if you conserve your water supply. The holding tanks are a bit smaller than those of a standard size, however if your destination has shower amenities i would suggest using them as this will be one way to conserve the RV water. Use your RV water for typical household usage, dish cleaning & personal hygiene usage. There is a small portable tank in the RV which you can use to add fresh water to your holding tank incase it gets low. As I mentioned above I will deliver RV to your site and setup including filling fresh water tank within 300Km for a small fee & pickup RV and dump all holding tanks Grey, Black & fresh water.
