FIVE STARS all the way! RV was awesome for our family of 3 + 50-lb pooch. All systems worked perfectly -- electric/generator, hot water, Starlink. Daniel was very professional and thorough in his initial RV "orientation" and was quick to respond to follow up questions while we were on the road. Even sent video explanations which made things super easy. If you're considering this RV, do it! We would definitely rent again!

Rodrigo was GREAT! He was on time dropping off and right on time picking up. He went above and beyond to help us out on anything we needed. He set up the trailer walked us through how everything worked on the trailer and where things were located. He is a great host and I would definitely recommend using him and will use him again in the future.
