For starters my truck experienced some mechanical issues about an hour after I picked up the RV from Ralph. I thought immediately our trip was ruined, I called Ralph and made plans to return the RV. My kids were heartbroken since they had been looking forward to the trip. Ralph and his wife made the extra effort to help us out, even offered to drop the RV at a local campsite. They recommend a few campsites in the area and even provided us with maps that helped us choose the perfect campsite. Overall we had a great experience despite the truck issues and would definitely recommend!
