The host was wonderful. We appreciated their helping us. Learn about the camper and even checked upon us during the trip. We would definitely rent this RV again.

Jordan takes great care of his motorhome. We had zero issues with the vehicle and would definitely rent from them again.

The RV wasn't filled with propane to get us started off so one shower in on the first night and we no longer had hot water (there were 3 other adults and 2 children) nor could we cook breakfast the next morning. Third night when we tried to use the slideout in the bedroom area, the cable snapped and it no longer worked. This wasn't a huge issue for us as it can be used without sliding it out, but a resolution would have been nice. With three days left of our trip, we started having trouble with the generator; therefore, the a/c wouldn't work. We had to continually prime it to get it going again. It would last a while and then go off again. It would immediately get very hot in the middle to back part of the RV. We were also told there was a Blackstone we could use, but upon taking it out discovered it was completely rusted so dinner plans had to change (still hadn't found a place to get propane at this point so couldn't cook yet).
Although Rodriguez was great about responding to my texts when there were problems, a solution was never addressed. I was just told it had never happened before or, in the case of the generator and a/c issues, was told when he had problems with it he just primed it and it worked fine. A discount or solution of some kind would have been nice on any of these issues.
On the positive side, we had everything we needed inside the RV. It drove well and was very nice (not brand new as the pictures show, but nice) with cookware, dishes, and he even provided towels and washcloths! The a/c in the cab worked very well the entire trip.
