The trailer was awesome--perfect for our two kids and us. It was modern and clean, and had all the connectors and hoses and cords you needed for campsite hookups. Matt, the owner, was very quick to reply to my questions beforehand and did a great job showing me how the trailer worked upon pickup. We had some truck troubles once at the campsite, so Matt came and picked it up with very short notice when we were done, and charged us a fair portion of the pickup/dropoff fee. We were very happy with the experience and would rent this rig from Matt again!

Sam was extremely accommodating and very easy to book with. He was willing to meet up with us and let us check out the Van before booking to make sure it was in good condition and what we needed. The van had everything we needed (towels, linens, cooking tools, etc) and all we had to bring was clothes and perishable food! Only a few hiccups with functions inside the van, (the stow away tables not wanting to stay “stowed”, bathroom door latch is a bit worn out and door would fly open while driving, passenger door is tweaked along top edge and doesn’t fully seal so water leaked in during rainstorms) but nothing mechanically wrong with the drivability or important functions of the van. The beds were surprisingly super comfortable! Overall we had a great vacation in Scarjo:)
