Rules and policies
The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of gas. If she is not returned with a full tank of gas, a $300 fee will be charged.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind on the vehicle. If smoking or vaping is suspected, a $300 fee will be charged.
Unless the renter pays the add-on fee to have the owner dump the black and grey tanks, the black and grey tanks must be fully emptied by the renter. If the tanks are not fully emptied, a $125 fee will be charged.
Dogs shall not exceed 70 lbs. and a pet fee will be charged upon booking. Under no circumstances does the vehicle accept dogs that exceed more than 70 lbs. If a dog is suspected to weigh more than 70 lbs., a $200 fee will be charged.
Under NO circumstances is climbing on the roof of the vehicle allowed. If climbing occurs, a $300 fee will be charged.
The propane tank must be filled to the exact gauge level upon pick-up. This will be documented during the pick-up walkthrough. If the propane tank is not filled to the gauge level noted upon pick-up, a $75 fee will be charged.
There is absolutely NO PARKING in a PARKING GARAGE! All exterior equipment on the roof will be damaged and the renter will be responsible to incur all costs in full.
There is absolutely NO TOWING of vehicles or trailers on the RV. (Bicycle rack only) If towing occurs, a $500 fee will be charged.
No festivals. A $200 fee will be charged.
No tailgating. A $200 fee will be charged.
Absolutely NO candles or Incense. A $200 fee will be charged.
