We include a fold up table, chairs, an outdoor propane fire pit, mini Weber, a pop up grill, and games for the kids. There are 3 42" tv's, one in the bedroom, one is the main area, and one outside. King bed in the room, drop down is a full size, the dining table converts to a small bed and the couch is a futon. Plenty of storage!
