Other things to note-I'm okay with taking the trailer to most locations as long as it comes back clean with no damage.
-Please return the trailer clean with the dishes washed and everything put back the way it was found. Although I have posted a cleaning fee, I will waive the fee if the trailer is returned in the same way it was received.
-Please dump the black and gray tanks prior to returning the trailer to avoid additional fees. If the water tank was filled please empty that as well.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
If you have never towed or used a travel trailer before, we recommend watching YouTube videos on parking and safely turning while towing. It's no joke driving and parking a long trailer! We will also give you tips in person during pickup.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric- electric plug simply gets plugged into the outlet on the trailer and the outlet at the campground. Water- hose attached to water regulator and filter screw onto the water spigot at the campsite, the other end onto the trailer. Sewage- expandable hose hooks onto trailer, the other end placed into the sewage opening at the campsite (use provided gloves!)

Q.How do you flush the black water tank?
A.
Make sure black water tank and gray water tanks are open, if it isn't you will ruin the whole rig by flooding it with feces. Hook up hose to spigot and to the black water flush hookup. Again, check that the black water and gray water tanks are open. Turn on the water, look for clear running water coming out of the elbow of the sewage hose. Once it runs clear, turn off and unhook.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are flexible for pick-up, but please be considerate of our time. Keep us posted for any traffic delays or issues. Drop-off needs to be before 4pm.
