Experience the Sites and Scenery

You can easily tell from the parks and various natural trails that Providence is proud of its outdoor spaces, its beauty, and its recreation opportunities. Von Baer Park has pavilions for rent, and a lovely walking trail where dog owners can bring their pets for a nice jog through the woods. Zollinger Park is the best and the biggest in Providence, with excellent picnic areas, basketball courts, baseball fields, and ample space to do whatever you like in the green meadows.

City Attractions

Providence is lovely for all the right reasons; however, it is such a small community that it lacks some of the attractions you might find in larger cities. Fortunately, the northern neighboring town of Logan is a place worth visiting after you’ve had your fill of delicious food and drinks at one of the many locally owned restaurants in Providence. Logan Utah Temple is a spectacle to behold. This architectural masterpiece was built over 100 years ago by the Mormon settlers that inhabit the area.

Where to Park It

Utah is brimming with natural beauty and ample camping space, and Providence is no exception. With several campgrounds in the Logan metro area, and countless more up in the nearby Wasatch Mountains that overlook the valley, visitors never have much trouble finding a place to camp or stay when they rent an RV for a vacation.
