At 27" it's considered a small Class A but with the queen sized cab-over bed and 2 pop-outs, this baby sleeps 6 adults comfortably. A nice sized bathroom, A TV inside and another outside under the awning makes this a comfortable ride and a comfortable campsite.What's includedFresh linens, and a single serving coffee maker, along with spill resistant drink ware, cookware, and utensils are included, as well as x2-x4 folding camp chairs. Open to deliver within 15 miles.*We will provide RV compatible toilet paper. Please do not use standard household, it will ruin the sewage system.*RecommendationsHere in Waco, we like Camp Fimfo. The great thing about Waco, easy driving to Galveston, Houston, Austin, Dallas... It really is the Heart of TexasOther things to noteNo smoking. Vehicles delivered with full gas tank, if not returned full, gas will be charged at $5 per gallon. Damage insurance required. Cleaning fee is $324 per rental. $300 pet cleaning fee (fur removal). $1500 standard damage deposit.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Happy to pickup and/or drop-off within 20 miles, however I do have a day job and will need to schedule a time that works for both of us. Fee is $100 minimum, $5 per mile round trip
