Trailer is in perfect condition. We aren’t frequent trailer people but Phillip was patient with us and helped us every time we called. The AC, hot water, water pressure and fridge/freezer were all a huge bonus for our trip. The extra beds fit our 5’10 teen perfectly and the tv was a plus! We would rent again!

I can’t imagine a host being any more kind, courteous or a better communicator than Kevin was for this trip. The RV worked perfectly for us. Kevin and his family made the trip special and memorable. Go for the Blackstone add on. Cooking outside in the summer is so much better than the tiny camping stoves in the rv.

It was clean and everything worked as described. Ramon was easy to deal with and will rent from him again next year.
