Make your way to Banks Lake in Washington state for a motorhome camping trip. The 27-mile long reservoir is a man-made impoundment with over 90 miles of shoreline that is ringed with rugged basalt cliffs and slopes. As a part of the Columbia Basin Project, the lake has over 27,000 acres of water surface area, making it a hotspot for outdoor recreation, and fishing in particular. The north-central part of Banks Lake is located within Steamboat Rock State Park, while the north end of the lake is very close to the cities of Grand Coulee and Electric City; Coulee City sits at the southern end of Banks Lake.
