The vehicle was clean and in good condition, and Jason was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He clearly explained what we needed to know for our trip, and the trailer squeezes quite a few features into its compact footprint. This all contributed to us having a wonderful, low stress getaway. We rented the rv for 17 days. It was a great trip, but exhausting. We quickly became pro’s at setting up and packing up the rv. That said we had a couple of bumps in the road. Minor issues with a couple of things. The dining table had lost some screws and couldn’t put much weight on it. The fridge had a smell, but was clean. Also the black tank backed up and wasn’t draining well. The host was great. When I posed issues they thanked me for telling them and said they would address each problem. They were easy to work with, and the experience went smoothly.

Dmitrii was responsive and great to work with. He provided clear instructions and instructions as flexible with us on our return timing. The trailer was as advertised clean and it great condition! We had a great time and would rent again.
