Discover Easton RV rentals for memorable road trips

The tiny community of Easton sits on the eastern edge of the Cascade Range in Washington State and is the last stop on Interstate 90 before drivers make their way over the mountains to Seattle. Due to its small size and proximity to the big city, it doesn’t see many tourists, but for those looking for an off-the-beaten-path adventure, getting an RV rental in Easton is a great way to spend a vacation.

The Great Outdoors

One of the best places to get outside is Lake Easton, just off I-90 on the edge of town. Lake Easton State Park sits at its southern end and is a popular point for accessing the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail, which follows the old Northern Pacific Railway route for over 200 miles through the Cascade Mountains. While you probably won’t have enough time to hike the whole 200-mile trail when you get a travel trailer rental in Easton, you can at least hike around the lake and perhaps up towards Snoqualmie Pass if you’re feeling up to it.

RV Parks

The town’s beautiful setting on the eastern slopes of the Cascade Range makes getting a motorhome rental in Easton the perfect vacation for outdoor lovers. Best of all, most of the RV parks and campgrounds are just off the interstate and close to town, so you’ll never be far from the things you need. Sunrise Resorts-Lake Easton is one of the closest places to camp when you rent an RV here. Their sites have full hookups, a swimming pool, laundry facilities, and the park is conveniently located near dozens of world-class hiking trails and the shimmering waters of Lake Easton.

Exploring the City

Easton is a very small town and doesn’t have much in the way of entertainment, so you’ll need to get a little creative when looking for nearby attractions to check out with the Easton campervan rental. One of the best sections of the nearby rail trail hike through the Cascades is the Snoqualmie Pass Train Tunnel, just off the highway near the town of Snoqualmie Pass. It’s over two miles long and might feel a bit unsettling once you’re inside, but is also a fascinating look back into the history of the area.

Dmitrii was very thorough during check-out and made sure that I was comfortable with all of the operations of the trailer, explaining how everything worked. The trailer was very clean and had everything we needed for our fun weekend trip. We boon-docked and were very comfortable our kids hardly wanted to leave the trailer to go outside to the beach. My wife has difficulty being comfortable in a bed that isn’t her own but the beds in the trailer were so comfortable and warm (even in a November storm) that she slept straight through the night well rested in the morning. This rental convinced her that she wants to now get a camp trailer of our own, which she was previously not in favor of. All around this was an excellent experience.
