If you're looking for a comfortable, spacious, and modern camper for your family vacation, then you've come to the right place. This 22 ft, 11 inch camper can be pulled by large SUVs, pick up trucks that have a max towing capacity of 5,000 lbs. It's slide out dining area gives you plenty of space to cook yummy pancakes in the morning as your family is enjoying that fresh coffee at the dining table. The dining table also converts to a full size mattress leaving enough space for two adults to comfortably sleep. The double size bunks can easily fit 4 kids (or two adults), and we added a bunk ladder for kids to easily climb in and out of bed. The bathroom contains a toilet (with RV safe toilet paper), a roomy shower, and sink for an all-time glamping experience. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer so you can store plenty of food and drinks and it has a 2 range cooktop. The queen size murphy bed converts to another sitting area, perfect to hang out in during those rainy days. The outdoor area has an LED lit power awning and a perfect built in outdoor kitchen with a grill and fridge, so you can spend more of your time outdoors or get breakfast started as the kids are still sleeping.What's includedThere are lots of added amenities included. This camper comes with a backup camera, 3 sets of full size sheets, 1 set of RV queen sheets, 6 towels, 6 pillows, 4 single camping chairs, outdoor rug, folding table, a 5 cup coffee pot and fresh ground coffee, dinnerware for 6 (plates, bowls, cups, forks, spoons, knives), keypad lock with security code (so you never forget the keys), RV safe toilet paper, 24 inch smart TV, outdoor grill, outdoor fridge to keep that beer cold, grilling/cooking gadgets(spatula, scissors, beer/wine opener, cutting board, peeler, grater, pizza cutter, tongs, large spoons, chefs knife etc.), 2 dish towels, cookware, bunk ladder, 1 x child bed bumper, first aid kit, outdoor shower, 6 x smores sticks for those late night campfires pro-sway weight distribution hitch, and leveling blocks.Other things to note-We are pet friendly (but please let us know in advance for approval).

Had such a great first time with a camper. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Cheryl was on point with communication and Chris was very informative with the camper setup. Cheryl and Chris are fantastic hosts. The RV is in great condition and comes with a ton of amenities. Chris helped me set it up with my car including their weight distribution hitch, and he was incredibly helpful. The trip was smooth and Chris was flexible and accommodating when we returned. This is a great trailer for smaller trucks and SUVs (my little truck has a 5,000lb weigh limit and towed this one just fine). I'd rent from Cheryl and Chris again in a heartbeat.

We work during the week so pick up times must be before 11am or after 5pm. Drop offs must be before 12pm or we will charge an additional nightly fee. Renters must stay in communication to avoid any additional fees.

Hi everyone! Welcome to our listing. We are a family of 3 (soon to be 4) based in NJ. My husband Chris and I absolutely love to travel. There's nothing better than driving across an open highway blasting your favorite tunes and singing at the top of your lungs, making amazing memories. Chris used to camp every year with his family growing up, and he introduced me to the RV life when we were dating. The first RV he owned, he sold to buy me an engagement ring (Isn't that true love or what?) But now, we want to bring back the RV life and have our children experience those same memories that Chris had as a kid.
