This includes water lines, electrical, standard water filter, and sewer hook ups. Essentials in the kitchen will include washable cups, plates, utensils, hand towels, and paper towels. If you do not want to do dishes we recommend bringing plastic and paper ware for throw away.• Upon request we can include fresh linens and towels. In recent times many of our guests prefer to bring their own linens, pillows, and towels.• We Love our Pets and therefore, welcome yours. However, we request you clean up after your pet or a $250 charge for clean up will be added post trip.• If proper dumping of the tanks is not completed a Dump charge will be added of $150Other things to noteA $250 non refundable cleaning fee for up to 2 pets will be required on all reservations.Florida weather is unpredictable so we ask if you leave the camper make sure the awnings are in the stored position. Even low winds of 10mph can easily damage the awnings.Please treat this as your own. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed upon return or pick up if camper is messy beyond normal use.We do sanitize all dishes and pans but please wash your dishes after use. Our goal is to provide a great experience for you and your family please help us in achieving that with taking care of this camper. Any damage or issues must be immediately reported.Smoking in the camper will incur an additional $300 cleaning fee.

Alex helped us have an excellent vacation with the family. He was very attentive to our questions. The trailer became a home away from home for a few days. The amenities in this trailer are plenty. The AC was cold. The place was clean and very well cared for. Alex dropped the trailer early and made every effort to make sure we understood all the systems. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about. Just do! Create some lasting memories with this one!!
