5Super easy to work with and a great rv was provided to us. We had a little tire trouble during our trip and Giant Rec World stepped up right away to fix the issue. Will be renting from them again.

5Despite the little issue in fueling, Tom(manager) went above and beyond in resolving it the best way he could. Customer service goes a long way when dealing with getting a repeat customer! I’m now one! We had a great time in the covid19 time!

5After half a dozen attempts to find a suitable RV from a cooperative owner or business, we were about to give up until I walked into Giant Recreation World and met Barbara. She is a star when it comes to patience and information and customer service. They had the vehicle that fit our needs, within our budget, and gave us a sense of security that they would be there if we needed them. Chris and Tommy were our driving instructors and made us much more confident to take on our adventure. I highly recommend this business and especially BARBARA!!!
