This is an extremely nice, very well maintained, one owner travel trailer that includes Everything you'll need for an unforgettable camping experience! Bedding, towels, camp chairs, camp rug, fishing gear, weight distribution hitch for most vehicles, and all the kitchen necessities!Lots of upgrades such as built in surge protector, 2 30lb propane tanks and a Blackstone griddle in the outdoor kitchen.Also, if you choose to pickup, the location is a very nice, luxury RV storage facility with a wash bay, air to check tires, dog park and 2 Free bags ice to load your cooler before your trip! Ice is first come first serve but typically, it’s stocked and ready! Your family can enjoy the waiting area with free water, coffee and snacks.As your host I will meet you and walk you through all the details of the RV to ensure your experience is enjoyable and uneventful. This RV is maintained like no other. Includes the Anderson weight distribution/sway control hitch. All systems are checked regularly to ensure proper function. My wife and I have raised 7 kids together as a blended family. A big part of it has been spending time together in our RVs. We love the life out exploring and camping. Currently we own 3 RVs and all 3 have different missions. Of all the toys we have had, boats, Atvs, and RVs, the campers are by far the one we wouldn’t live without. It’s our pleasure to share our camper with our guests and introduce new people to this lifestyle.

• Renters must be 25 and older with some trailer towing experience.
• Pets under 30lbs, that are house trained are welcome. At no time can they be left unattended inside the RV. They must be kenneled if they are to be left alone. Please keep them off the furniture and beds.
• Keep it clean please! This is used personally as well as offered to our guests.
• Please return the RV in a clean and tidy condition. All dishes must be washed and put away. Dirty bath towels in the shower floor, dirty kitchen towels in the sink and dirty sheets/sleeping bags pulled and left in a pile on the bunk. We will clean and disinfect, but we will charge an excessive cleaning fee if the interior of RV is not wiped down and overall in a clean condition.
• We understand road grime is unavoidable and we will wash the exterior. If you’re in a muddy area we will expect excessive mud be washed off before return. There is a wash bay at the return location that you can use at no additional charge. The wash bay must be left clean of excessive mud if you choose to use it.
• Lost or damaged items will be deducted from your security deposit.
• Interior and awning damages are not covered by your renters insurance so in the event damage to the interior occurs please understand the repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit. I am fair and I do understand standard wear and tear is normal. In the event something happens, please communicate with me so we can agree on a plan.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Please let me know how I can accommodate. Drop off and pickup times can be adjusted. While the time can be adjusted the day cannot for insurance coverage reasons.
Q.Do you assist in the initial hookup if we pickup the RV?
A.
Yes! I will help ensure everything is hooked up properly to ensure a safe trip! If you need help when rebooking to head home, I am happy to take a call and walk you through it again.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
These are simple connections that most campsites have. We will talk through what you’ll need to do. Also, at pickup I will show you how all these items work and how to make these simple connections. It’s basically plugging in an extension cord and connecting a water hose. Anyone can do it! It can be a point of worry for a first timer, but I assure you, you’ll feel like a pro after I’ve walked you through it.
