Live Oak Landing Campground

When you want to cast all your cares to the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast, there’s one place to do it in style. At the Live Oak Landing RV Resort, you need not rough it when motorhome camping. The luxury seating area around the saline swimming pool offers a hint of the comforts to come, which include a stylish pavilion where you can host parties, a modern and safe playground for kids, and a “bark park” for your furry friends.

Sites are fully serviced with water, 50/30 amp electricity, and sewer lines. Mature oak trees and sumptuous landscaping provide ample shade and privacy. You can choose to remain plugged in with wireless internet and cable TV available throughout the RV park. With picnic tables (on every site) and fire rings, you can make s’mores while enjoying the starry spectacle overhead. Near the pavilion, you’ll find restrooms, the bathhouse, and the laundry room. Work up a sweat and throw some horseshoes at the nearby pit.

If you’re ready to venture out of the campground’s cocoon, you can rent a bike, launch a boat, or play a round at the nearby golf course. Hit the oak-studded trails, cast a line out for some world-class fishing, or go bold and charter a fishing boat. If you need help, a concierge is available on call. Make the most of their assistance if you want to explore nearby cities on the Emerald Coast like Fort Walton Beach and Panama City Beach.
