2019 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite
Hi! Thanks for checking out our family's listing for our Mini Lite! This camper is pretty loaded and fairly lightweight (@5500 lbs dry). It is perfect for a family trip around the area, exploring the beaches and state parks. It can sleep 5 comfortably and perhaps up to 8 . The slide makes for a spacious interior and it also has a massive 18 ft awning outside for ample shade and coverage when needed. The TV can move outside as well. The functional outdoor kitchen includes a mini fridge and propane grill. Inside, the three burner stove, oven , microwave, and extended counter space inside will allow you to do everything you need if the weather isn't cooperating.
The bathroom is a good size with a shower-over-tub set up that will allow someone in the 6' range stand up with clearance for a shower. An outside shower is available as well.
There is plenty of room for everyone to sleep - the queen Murphy bed with heated mattress (optional), as well as the u-shaped dinette table-bed conversion (twin), and the two double bunk beds. The 15k AC and heat work great when needed. There's plenty of inside and outside storage if needed as well as speakers inside and out!
At just under 26 ft, maneuvering this travel trailer is fairly easy. It does come with a backup camera to assist getting settled.

For those that do have towing experience, a tow braking system is required. A weight-distribution hitch will also be provided. Full-size truck or SUV will be required as well.

Nominal cleaning fee and $100 fee for black/gray tanks not being emptied upon return.
RV Air Conditioners can only cool RVs about 20 degrees below the outside temperature. It is very important in a state like Florida to make sure you select a campground site with plenty of shade.

We're generally very flexible. The most important thing regarding pickup and drop off times is communication. Keep in touch with us prior to your reservation beginning and throughout will help ensure a smooth pickup and drop off.
