RV was in great working order - no problems at all with any systems and the AC worked great in the heat wave! Shaogang was an excellent host - even taking extra time to help me with safety tips for towing, since I am newer to the process and towing with an SUV rather than a truck.

Josh and his family were awesome people to deal with and always available to help. He explained everything thoroughly as this was our first RV experience.
