My husband and I rented for 10 days and were so happy with our RV, our customer service, and our trip of a lifetime with our 4 small kids. Laura and Spencer's communication was 5 stars as we led up to the check in and check out. They also said to text them with any questions at any time which thankfully, we had no need.
