The camper was great, the host was very helpful when there was an fan issue with the A/C (NOT their fault) and came right out and fixed the problem. Just to let everyone know they were very prompt to correct. The Outdoorsy team was helpful with the issue as well. All went very smoothly with the drop off and pick up and we will rent from them again if the opportunity arises! Clean camper, very spacious for our needs - everything we hoped for!

Very good communication with the host. The walkthrough and explanation of the RV at hand-off was very thorough and we felt like we had all the info we needed once we left. The host was accessible during the time we had the RV and answered any quick questions we had. Very clean unit that felt like home right away. Especially loved the AC as a respite on a hot weekend of racing. Would definitely recommend this host/trailer and our first experience with Outdoorsy was very easy and smooth.
