Jean was great. Awesome Communications, he showed me how to work the trailer thoroughly, had it prepped , ready and in perfect condition when I rented it. The last guy I rented from did not inform me about turning off the AC inverter and left me without power a few hours into our trip,. I couldn’t have received better care. I definitely recommend renting from him.

Stephanie made our first Outdoorsy experience absolutely fantastic. The trailer was spotless, beautifully maintained, and she gave us a thorough walkthrough that made everything feel easy and approachable. When our tow vehicle ended up having an electrical issue, Stephanie went above and beyond trying to help — even running to the store for a different adapter before we realized the issue was entirely on our end. She was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and made pickup, setup, and return seamless. This was our son’s first camping trip, and there was just enough room for his pack-and-play crib, which made the weekend extra special for our family. We’ve been doing this same annual camping trip since I was a kid, and now I can’t imagine doing it any other way. You can tell Stephanie takes immense pride in her beautiful Airstream, and it truly felt like a privilege to call it home for the weekend.
