Diego was an extremely friendly and prepared owner. It included everything we needed, the trailer was nice and clean, things were laid out and the small things you might not think of were included like disposable gloves and bleach spray for handling the waste water pipes. If I need a trailer again I will rent from him.

I had never rented a camper van or dealt with Outdoorsy prior to my trip so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But it was a pleasure dealing with Hans who made pick up & drop off very easy. He explained everything about the vehicle which was spotlessly clean and in perfect working condition. I drove several hundred km/day and had no issues. I felt very safe driving it.
Hans answered all my questions very promptly and I would rent from him again and highly recommend to anyone wanting to rent a RV/Camper Van.
