Butler RV (Darla) really took the time to go over all of the paperwork and show me the features of the trailer. She and her technician were very patient with me. It's been a very long time since I have towed a trailer, not to mention how everything worked and where it was located. I had a problem with one key and Darla was able to take care of that right away. I'll be renting from Butler RV again! And who knows, I might even buy one down the road.

My original camper had to cancel one day before our trip. We were able to reserve this RV and have it delivered the next day. They were very accommodating and quick with responses. Thank you for saving our trip!!! Great to deal with!!
