Everything was wonderful! The vehicle was very clean and everything was in working order. The owner went through how to operate all the features and made it easy for first timers.

Camper was clean and tidy. Black water tank was not drained on pickup. Owner was receptive and accommodating. Pickup was facilitated by a third party and not the owner themselves but still went smoothly. Return involved blocking both northbound lanes of union blvd and backing into a single lane drive… something that should be taken into consideration for the casual renter. Trailer was easy to connect and disconnect. Towing was simple and driving was smooth. Very spacious and easy to use.
