Jackie is amazing, and she really helped out my entire family in a pinch. We rented an RV from a different owner which didn't end up working out. We were 1 day away from our trip with no RV. I messaged Jackie and she was super responsive and accommodating to get us back on track. The RV itself was very clean and meticulously maintained.
