No Smoking of Any Kind Inside of Unit, there will be an Added Charge of $300 if this Rule is Broken, Climbing on The Roof is prohibited & renter will be charged for all Damages incurred, Do Not Use Accordian Window Blinds with Windows Open while Vehicle is in Motion, This Will Damage Blinds & Renter will be Charged for The Damages, Keep Front Window Curtains pinned Back while in Motion or Renter will be Charged for the Damages, No Products of Any Kind are to be Flushed down Toilet including Toilet Paper, All Items & Products Must Be Placed in Trash Container, if any article cause a plug up in the tanks renter will be due Full service Charges to Clean out the Plugged Tanks, Do Not Overload Washer/Dryer Unit or Damages will Be Charged to Renter, Keep Concistent Check on Accordian Window Blinds to remain up & not slip Down when Windows are Open While Unit is in Motion due to Wind Pressure, renters will be charged for Neglegence, if Black Water or Grey Water or Fresh Water are plugged into outside facilities Make Certain to Open Propper Valves so as not to Run Over Water Tanks Causing a Flood inside The Unit, This will Cause Extensive Damages that will be Charged to Renter, If Any On Board or UnderBelly Items are Damaged or Missing Renter will be Charged for Cost Replacement, Never Rest Feet nor place any Products nor any Articles of Any Kind on The Dash, Any Damages will be Charged to Renter, remove All Personal Items And All Trash from Unit Prior to Returning Unit or there will be an Added Charge of $50 to Remove it or them, Wash all Used Pots, Pans, Dishes, Eating Utenslis Etc prior to returning Unit or Added Charges of $50 will fall upon Renter as well, one expects to vaccum unit as standard use may occure but if dirt, sand, Mud or Stains are evident then Shampoo Cleaning or possible neccasary replacement of Carpet or Flooring will be Charged to Renter with a Minimum of $100 to Clean or if stained or damaged beyond repair then replacement Costs Will befall Renter, If any Damages or Stains occure on Any of The Wood, Fabrics or Leather Matetials then Renter will be Charged For Repairs or neccasary Replacement or Recovering, If Any Mentioned or Unmentioned Item/s, or Article/s is/are found to be Damaged, Broken or Missing then Renter Will be Charged for Repairs or Replacement, in other Words..
