Fantastic trip! This was our first time using a teardrop; Tim did a great job walking us through the operations and making sure we were set up. We had a question the first night and he was responsive when we texted/called which we appreciated. The Pin Drop was perfect for my birthday dispersed camping trip. Thank you Tim, you build a great product. Especially loved the queen size bed, two doors, "snake" lights, sound system, and galley ease of use.
