Brand NEW Travel Trailer. Only 21 foot and 3,750 pounds dry so it is easy to tow!!! 1 Slide out for perfect amount of space inside! Very up to date and modern interior and exterior. Perfect size for weekend getaway with the family. Sleeps up to 6! Silverware, Bowls, Plates, Cups, Pots, and Pans included.

Renter to provide own hitch and ball.
2 5/16”s ball and 7prong wiring required.
Only RV Rated Toilet Paper to be flushed in

Owner can dump for Renter at $20 fee.
Generator required full tank of gas upon drop off. If gas is not full gas will be refilled at a rate of $8 per gallon.
Propane required to be dropped off upon drop off.
