4The rv easily slept 6. The owner was responsive when we had a couple questions. When we picked it up, one of the breakers was tripped. He helped us troubleshoot the issue and it was easily resolved. It was really hot and the refrigerator and air conditioner had trouble keeping up. That could have been because we were not completely level. The listing indicated that there were leveling jacks, but there were not. Even with the blocks, we were not able to get level. The inside was very clean and taken well care of. The outside was dirty, but did not affect our use. Overall it was a good rental.
