Great Valley Grasslands State Park is perhaps the closest park to town and features the remnants of native grasslands that once covered the entire Central Valley. This protected area seeks to preserve the temperate savanna grasslands, a valuable biome with incredible eco-diversity. There are plenty of hiking trails, fishing ponds, meadows dotted with wildflowers, and wildlife to see, but unfortunately, there are no campgrounds at the park so you might need to find other accommodation nearby for your Delhi camper rental.
RV Parks to Visit
It is more difficult to not find a campground or RV park in California than it is to find one, which is fortunate for those renting an RV in the area. Nearby Turlock Lake State Recreation Area is a fabulous state-maintained area where guests may park their campers along the lakeshore. There are hiking paths, fishing areas, and beaches at this exquisite slice of nature.
City Sightseeing
This might not be the news you were hoping for, but Delhi is merely a small village in the middle of California agricultural land so it is devoid of any real attractions aside from a few small-town diners and eateries. A ride north or south will bring you to Merced or Modesto, both of which have some pretty interesting things to keep you occupied after you rent an RV in Delhi.

Gurdev was a great host. Communication was excellent, he accommodated our pickup and drop-off times, and the van was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. He took the time to explain everything, making our Yosemite and Bass Lake trip easy and enjoyable. Waking up in the rooftop bed surrounded by the forest overlooking the lake was definitely a trip highlight.
The only issue was a tire that slowly lost air. Gurdev was very responsive, but the roadside assistance included in the insurance package we purchased through outdoorsy was a frustrating experience. The first technician couldn't replace the tire, which forced us to change our plans and cost us a day of our trip before a second technician quickly resolved the issue.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely rent from Gurdev again.

Great RV- new, very clean, easy to tow, and the host, Mark, was very helpful throughout the entire process from pick up to taking back the RV. I highly recommend renting this RV for a trip!

Greg was very responsive, getting back to me right away when I had questions. This is the 1st vehicle I have rented from Outdoorsy, and I was impressed with the whole experience. Greg's trailer was clean, and he set it up for us on site in Yosemite, which was a game changer as we flew in from Minnesota. The trailer is small but comfortable and equipped with everything we need.
