We rented the van for our first trip to Coachella and I will absolutely be renting from them again. The van was clean upon pick up and they made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. They even went above and beyond by purchasing magnetic window covers so that we had privacy. They were gracious enough to include a table and 2 chairs with the rental which helped out so much. Everything is super easy to operate in the van. Van is easy to drive. The owners were so nice and answered all of our questions. My only suggestions would be to make the cabinet below the sink a little easier to open & possible a lighter weight a/c unit. I felt like I had to manhandle those two things. But otherwise all was perfect. I hope they make a bigger version of the van so I can rent it next year (we have an additional person wanting to go and they want to stay in a van since we had such a great experience). While the winds were blowing hard, we were nice safe inside our van. It was great because when you go to Coachella, everything is very dusty, but we avoided all of the dust in our lungs/noses because we didn’t sleep outside. 10 out of 10 I suggest renting from them. Treat the van well, she’s special!

Had an great trip in "11" and excellent experience with Jim. We have experience having previously owned a fifth wheel RV but this was our first time using Outdoorsy and renting a Camper Van. The van was fully appointed and immaculate. The van's size, maneuverability and full driving features made it a breeze to drive. Jim is a great host, communicated constantly and met all of our needs.Our trip was 7 hours each way so it was great to be able to work at the lagune table, easily get a drink or snack or just comfortably ride and enjoy the scenery with the huge windows. Setup at a lake property was so simple and we loved having the two beds, which were already made up for us when we picked it up. The van was equipped with everything we needed, but also has tons of available storage if we had wanted to pack more for a longer trip than 4 days/3 nights. Super comfortable and cozy without feeling cramped. Although we did not use all of the amenities 11 has to offer, we were self contained and had anything we would need. Our only disappointment was not having the need to try out the rooftop tent -- next time!!

Mike was a fantastic host! He really wants you to have the best time and make sure everything works for you. He was super helpful and quick to respond throughout the trip The van itself is the perfect setup for two. For how big the vehicle is, it handles really well. We were able to take it on desert dirt roads and on the highway with brutal traffic no problem. It's insulated really well so we didn't even need to use the AC unit. It stayed warm with windows close during the night and cooled quickly with windows open and fan on. We used the induction top a couple nights with the lights on and used the water pump without going under like 85% battery. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip around San Diego in the van. Would definitely recommend Mike and this van for your next trip
