Brighton, Ontario is located about 90 miles east of Toronto, 70 miles west of Kingston on the northern shore of Lake Ontario, and 180 scenic miles from Niagara Falls. Like many of the smaller towns dotting the lakeshore, it has become popular with retirees who enjoy its peaceful atmosphere and the slower pace of life there. The town is actually most famous for its annual Applefest, promoting all things apple while celebrating the agricultural history of the town. As such, a Brighton RV rental vacation will be less filled with big attractions but instead appreciating the chance to get away from the hectic life in the big city. When you book an RV in Brighton, you can explore this region of Canada without being too concerned about traffic, where to park, or the cost of expensive accommodations.

However, if you’d prefer to leave your Brighton motorhome rental back at the park, Quinte Access Transportation runs several bus routes through the city and connects to adjacent communities. Routes are somewhat limited though, so it’s still probably more convenient to drive yourself to any attractions. Additionally, you’ll probably want to visit some of the nearby communities, which are easily accessed by Highway 401 and 2, which run right through the city.
