The only reason why the Condition is listed as Good instead of Excellent is because of the oxidized exterior fiberglass. The interior is in excellent condition with updated decor bringing it into the 21st Century (see photos). Everything works. We are the second owners and the first owner used it as gently as we have. It is a very solid (no rust) coach with every imaginable item gone-through and tuned-up. It runs beautifully and has a 454 cu. in. gasoline Chevrolet engine. Thanks for checking out our retro motorhome. We will do what it takes to ensure you have a great and safe experience. We will patiently get you comfortable with all of its features and amenities. The owner's manual for the coach (in PDF form) can be uploaded onto your device. If you have questions while you are on the road, simply call or text our cells. This coach is ideal for a couple who wants cushy foam flooring to relax your feet and legs after a long day discovering fun and beauty; (that’s why shoes are taken off outside before entering). The coach is very well maintained and in great shape overall other than some cosmetic items on the outside. It runs on gas (not diesel) and it is on the small side for a Class A which makes it easier to fit into smaller campgrounds. There's lots of storage inside & out. Included are everything you need in the kitchen. All you need to bring are food, bathroom accessories and clothes.Additional details: Make/model: Winnebago Chieftain 27’ (Class A motorhome). Mileage: 78K New Tires, New Awning, New Generator, recently serviced roof A/C unit and engine. Clean Interior with soft/cushy foam flooring throughout. Large full-power (1100 watts) microwave oven. Good sized refrigerator and freezer (see photo). Flat screen TV with DVD. This coach is our personal vehicle. We do not have hidden fees – we simply want you respect our property and treat it like it belongs to a good friend or family member. We offer optional add-ons – totally at your election to add only if you choose. If you have any questions at all about the coach or the rental process, please call. Have a superb trip!Rules
The coach has never been smoked in so there is no smoking inside coach - a minimum of $500 additional cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit if there is evidence of smoking. Again, shoes are to be removed before entering the coach - to take full advantage of the cushy foam flooring AND to assure that it does not get damaged. No climbing on roof coach. It must be returned in same condition as rented including interior/exterior cleanliness, fuel and propane levels, sewer & grey water tanks emptied.

Our motorhome is named “DonalD” in honor of father (Donald D. Myers / 2011 - dementia related) who wanted us to rent a motorhome and take him on a cross-country trip; which never occurred.
We met in 1991 and retired a few years back to enjoy full-timing.
Sean tells our friends that since we’ve been together, “Every time we’ve moved we’ve downsized; our next move is into an urn.” Now we live permanently in a motorhome – it’s logical that with our next move, we can’t get any smaller, unless it is into an urn.
