Our travel trailer is a cozy little home away from home. It's the perfect size for smaller families that want to get out and spend quality time together camping. It comes fully stocked with all the necessities and linens are included. It has queen murphy bed, double bunk beds, and dinette table that converts to a bed as well. Has a 32" TV on a swivel mount that you can watch from the sofa or the top bunk during your time inside the RV. Has a power awning with LED light strip. It also has an outside griddle and a hose on the back of the RV with cold water only. The outdoor griddle, oven, and stove use propane, but there is no charge to you for propane use. The water heater is electric and does not use propane. This RV makes for a great stress free family getaway.Delivery Only. It's $150.00 for the first 45 miles, any additional mileage will be $3.75 per mile. Deliver includes water hookup, electric hook up, and sewer hook up. Ready for you to use as soon as you arrive to the campsite.We do offer Military (including Vets) and First Responder Discounts. Must show proof in order to receive discount.What's includedComes stocked with linens, must bring your own pillows. You will need to bring your own toiletries and towels. Comes with kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, pots and pans. We recommend bringing throw away plates. Saves on dishes and grey water. It does come with 2 - 4 rolls of toilet paper depending how long the rental is booked. Also comes with board games for the family in case it happens to rain on your trip. Comes with an outdoor rug. Will need to bring own chairs as well.Other things to noteWe are Pet friendly, but we will need to discuss this on a case by case basis. Basic pet fee will be $25.00 nightly.Must empty grey/black tanks before pick up, if not there will be a $100.00 fee.Must clean camper before pick up, and left as the same it was delivered. If not there will be a $150.00 cleaning fee.Prep Fee: $35.00 - Includes stocking toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizing camper and clean made beds.We also have a 6ft outside folding table that is available upon request free of charge.There will be a renters booklet in the travel trailer about things to know.

We have enjoyed it so much we would like to share the outdoor memory making with others. We are very family oriented and try to do as much as we can with our children. We both have full-time careers and enjoy getting away on the weekends when we can.
