16’ fully converted cargo trailer with electric brakes that’s perfect for solo camping. This has most all the goodies that factory-made travel trailers have including a slight body lift. This allows a bit of off the grid camping, so throw your favorite toys in the back of your vehicle and get away from the crowds with this one. Clean with no damage or worn looking paint. Roof was re-sealed in the summer of 2023. Camper has a large emergency escape window and 5 additional functional port hole windows. A XL Twin bed with 2 slide out drawers below bed for additional storage. For the spring and fall trips, just crank up the heater, get cozy and switch on Direct TV for movie time. A comfy love seat that folds into a single bed, or just to prop your legs up. Camper is 100% solar powered and is plenty for the direct tv satellite dish, fans, lights, phone chargers, and wired to run 110V or 12V. Includes amenities such as 2 tray size tables attached to sides of love seat for dining, that can be swiveled out of your way or removed / installed in seconds, inside hot water shower, 12v or 110v powered chest refrigerator, kitchen sink, electric flush portable toilet, ceiling exhaust fan, propane heat and small generator for backup just in case the sun doesn't cooperate. My family enjoys the great outdoors. We hike, camp, fish, hunt and ride our ATV in the great state of Colorado. I have to say that our favorite trip with the camper was to the Black Hills of South Dakota where we set up at Pactola Reservoir as a base camp and traveled to Mount Rushmore, Deadwood for some gambling, Rapid City and of course, the well-advertised Wall Drug. The fishing at Pactola was outstanding, with smooth water beautiful campgrounds.
