Our 2016 R-pod travel trailer is the perfect camping trailer for couples or small families! It has an adorable retro look, and comes equipped with a full bathroom, slide-out kitchen, queen sized bed, and a dinette that folds down into a second bed.Kitchen: The slide-out kitchen comes fully equipped. You will find a refrigerator which can run off of battery, shore power, or propane, a microwave/convection oven, kitchen sink with hot and cold water, and plenty of storage! We fully stock the kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, cups, french press, soap, and paper towels.Living Area: The main living area of the trailer includes a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, a two seat dinette that converts into a second bed, and plenty of storage. Above the bed you will find a 24 inch TV and Radio/CD/DVD player with Bluetooth capabilities and surround sound speakers- includes outdoor speakers! Bed linens are provided for all rentals.Bathroom: The bathroom on this r-pod is Huge! It is rare to find a large bathroom in a small travel trailer, and this one does not disappoint. The bathroom includes a full shower, toilet, and bathroom sink. There are several storage areas, a mirror, and plenty of room to move around. Three bath towels are provided.Extras: Inside the trailer you will find an air conditioning unit and ceiling vent fan to keep you cool on hot Summer days! Near the front door of the trailer you will find a small closet and mirror, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke detector. The front door includes a full screen door. The exterior of the trailer includes two outdoor speakers which are connected to the inside radio/CD player. Two storage units are located at either end of the trailer, and located on the rear is an outdoor shower.The trailer goes out to all of our renters clean, and we ask that it be returned in the same condition. A cleaning fee of $60 will be charged if the trailer is returned in an unclean condition. We require that the grey and black tanks be fully emptied prior to return. If tanks are not emptied, a $60 fee will be charged.When requesting to book your dates, please let us know the make and model of the vehicle you plan to tow the trailer with. We require that your tow vehicle has a minimum of 5,000 lb. tow rating to safely tow the trailer. The trailer comes with a break controller and weight distribution/anti-sway hitch. Your vehicle must have a working 7 pin plug in order to accommodate the break controller. If the 7 pin plug is not in working condition, you will not be able to tow the trailer. Please test the power to your vehicles plug before arriving for pickup. We have had several renters show up in the past with plugs that did not connect to power. Typically this is due to a blown fuse in your vehicle.Please plan 1 hour for pick-up of the trailer to give us adequate time to thoroughly teach you how to connect and disconnect the trailer from your tow vehicle and answer any questions you may have.We offer set up and delivery to your camping spot for a $150 fee if needed.
