Owner was VERY responsive. Answered every question. Only thing that would have improved the stay was couple of additional pieces of flatware/BBQ utensiles.

Set up and use was easy, the owners were really great to work with! RV was clean and well taken care of. I will say that the "bunk beds" are really just for kids, I can't see an adult fitting on them.
