Smooth transaction; easy pick-up, easy drop-off, and the service was friendly and polite. Possibly the only suggestion we'd make on future van builds is to consider sound dampening materials (like butyl mat). Possibly this was used, and it's possible that the other materials used in the van build contribute to some of the noise experienced during the ride.

The host shared a video before we picked up the van, which was so helpful for first time in like myself and my partner. The stove top made getting around even easier because we could stop anywhere to make food and the indoor toilet was clutch, especially since it was really cold at night. The additional camera provided a lot of security when driving such a big vehicle. Kayla was so easy to catch with any questions which made us feel really secure to go on adventures and enjoy the weekend fully. A note for folks with arthritis: getting in and out of the van, particularly from the side door, can be tough. The foot holds to get into the bed can also be a bit uncomfortable so we used our cooler to step up into the bed. This is definitely not something unique to this van from the vans that we looked at, so just something to be mindful of when packing.
